This policy explains how personal information is handled when you contact SignalRhino, request a demo, or discuss a product walkthrough.

Who controls the data

When you use the demo request form or contact us directly, we may collect:

• your name, email address and firm name;
• the type of firm you work with;
• information you choose to share about your operational data or workflows;
• messages, meeting notes or follow-up context related to a product discussion.

How we use the information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare relevant demo conversations and improve SignalRhino.

Operational data during demos or implementation

If a demo or implementation uses spreadsheets, CRM exports or reports, access will be agreed directly with the participating firm. SignalRhino should only use the data required to produce the agreed report, dashboard or workflow view.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, forms, email, analytics or product infrastructure, where needed to operate the site or product.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed for demo discussions, product follow-up and reasonable business records.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing ilias@signalrhino.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as SignalRhino's product, website and customer workflows evolve.
